These cartridges are with standard discharge of .2cc per cycle/per outlet available as integral block accommodating 1-6 outlets) named as SMP-1, SMP-2, SMP-3, SMP-4, SMP-5 & SMP-6. These cartridges operated at a pressure of 25Kg/cm2. These are two separate ports available, one for Oil & another for air. The air pressure is kept as 4-5 Kg/cm2. For air and oil inlet threads if the ports are M!*1 while for outlet ports, it is M8*1. Blocks are mounted on the machine frame with two mounting holes. Whenever Oil & Air pressure is applied to the block, mist is formed at the outlet. It is to be very clearly understood, system is for intermittent (shot) application.
This system is best suited for machines for the lubrication of slides, conveyors, chains & spindles. If required the discharge of the oil can be preset from 0.05, 0.1. 0.3cc per cycle. For ordering following is the example. SMP-4-2, i.e. 4 Point block each giving .2cc per cycle discharge of oil in the from of MIST.
