These Metering cartridges (Valves) are meant to deliver preset amount of oil under pressure. The operating pressure is between 8-30 Kg/cm2. Specialty of this Metering Cartridge is that while discharging the metered oil it is indicated by movement of a pin. Contract to conventional design of metering cartridge the ejection of oil takes place while pressure is off. During "ON" time indicator pin projects out giving signal for recharging. Due to the indicator pin movement electrical signal for monitoring can be taken by use of micro/proximity switch.

Suitable for inlet tube of 6mm OD, while on outlet it is 4 mm OD tube.
Dosage: 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 cc/stroke.
For ordering example HBL-3-131 means 3 outlet cartridge with 0.1,0.3,0.1 cc/stroke discharge.
