Features:

  • The hydraulic level switch is an electrical ON-OFF Switch which operates when liquid level goes up or down with respect to a specified level
  • The signal thus available from the level switch can be utilized for automatic control of pump or allied electrical elements like solenoids, lamps, relays
  • SIMA level switches are available in horizontal & vertical style according to operating principle and mounting method to suit individual application
  • These are rugged, accurate and reliable in operation. Special version of these switches can also be supplied for high pressure, high or low temperature of for corrosive liquid


Horizontal level switch:
  • It is lever type float switch where float when inclined gives change over signal at the output with respect to the oil level or water level
  • This switch is inserted into the bore (360) on the tank from the side. It''s lever length is 90 mm from face
  • Single smith can give NO or NC contact, however, if demanded 1 NO+ 1NC can be supplied
  • Rating 220V, 0.1 amp
  • Model- HFR-01 NO/NC
  • HFR-01 (NO+NC)


Vertical level switch:

  • Vertical level switch is generally of reed type where a reed is housed inside a non-magnetic tube and the magnet is located inside a hollow cylinder which floats up and down with the level of liquid
  • With the movement of hollow cylinder (float) the magnetic flux actuates the reed elements thus giving electrical signal
  • Normally NO or NC version is available/ however/ if demanded 1 NO+ 1 NC can be supplied
  • While ordering vertical level switch/ it is very much necessary to mention depth of the tank/ depth of reed actuation and current rating
  • Generally for machine control it is 24 volts/ 1 amp.
